People these days...

It seems in my 24 years of life, I haven't met many people that truly challenge me to the core. You know, the people that are willing to do all they can to completely follow God. They challenge this modern day culture and declare there is more to Christianity than a weekly routine of going to services.

Those kind of people make me examine my life, my habits, my ways of doing things. I often wonder if anyone can look at my life, and feel challenged to change. Am I living out my life in a way that declares Jesus is Lord? Or do I fall into the category of today's "church-goers"?

I've been challenged today. Challenged on multiple levels. Not because I heard an amazing sermon, or I read an excellent book. But, because I took a glance at someone else's life, and realized that there is change to be made in my own life.

I believe that's how God intends us to live our lives. In a way that challenges the status quo. Because fake words are cheap. It's time for me to start living the life I was created to live.
